You
should anticipate that large orders take 2 to 3 or more working
days for them to ship depending on quantity and availability
of raw materials.
Pillows
are shipped by dimensional weight via FedEx or UPS in packs
of 12 or 16 for standard sizes. Large volume orders may be
palletized for savings on shipping charges.
If
paying by credit card, orders will not be charged until they
are ready for shipment.
All
non defective returns orders will incur a 20% restocking charge.
Shipping charges will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
They must be returned in new unused condition.
We
do not offer refunds or exchanges on custom made products unless
they are found to be defective.
If
you have your own UPS or FedEx account, we may ship collect
or 3rd party.
